Shipping Policies
All orders received after 3pm est will be processed the following business day. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Ground Shipments: All ground packages will be shipped UPS and will be charged a flat rate of $10.70 All orders over $150.00 are FREE of charge and will be shipped by UPS Ground. Next Day Shipments: All U.S. bound next day packages will ship via DHL and will be charged a flat rate of $25.70 International Shipments: For the moment we do not ship internationally. Return Policy GPS you need.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to GPS you need.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Your return must be received at our location by the 30th day of receipt of your order or your return will be refused. After the 30-day period, customers must contact the manufacturer for direct return or repair information. Backorder Policy Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to various unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. Damaged Goods Policy GPSyouneed.com will exchange defective units and parts to the customer with no restocking fees. Customers seeking to return for a refund, not exchange, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers may also replace defective items with other items of equal or greater value with no fees; you are not obligated to replace with the same model. Please remember: All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. For this reason, units that have been installed, severely scratched, abused, or that are missing the original UPC code on the box will not be accepted for return and must be returned directly to the manufacturer. In addition, any or software, including pre-programmed datacards, that have been opened can only be returned directly to the manufacturer. We can only offer a refund using the form of payment originally used by the customer. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! Before you send merchandise back, please be sure to check that you have not left any of your own memory cards or other accessories in the unit. Please remember: GPSyouneed.com cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us, so please use a trackable and insured means of shipping (UPS or Fedex) or get Delivery Confirmation and insurance with USPS priority mail. For most returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please check your order as soon as it is received. We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing items. If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package. Make delivery personnel know of any problems. Once we receive your return we will ship your replacement or process your credit within 3-5 business days. When returning an item, please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. We will credit your card for your return, and a chargeback will only delay processing of your return. We vigorously work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards. If there is a dispute of any kind, we will work with the customer to achieve a fair resolution. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.
